These terms and conditions govern all users of Sports Technology Labs and the sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ website. These must be agreed upon before any purchases can be made.
Acceptance & Research Use
The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use only. In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with the consumption or distribution of these products. These materials are NOT intended to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.
Handling & Qualification
The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. All customers represent and warrant that through their review and study, they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products; the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase; and the necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products.
Sports Technology Labs and sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ reserve the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur.
Age Requirement & Liability
All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall Sports Technology Labs, sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/, or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Sports Technology Labs or any associated affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance. Any sale will otherwise be denied.
Intended Use & Warranties
Sports Technology Labs and sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/'s products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and, unless otherwise stated, are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to in-vitro diagnostic purposes in food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by Sports Technology Labs or sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other use.
The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Sports Technology Labs that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from Sports Technology Labs and sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ and/or materials produced with products purchased from sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ by the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.
Regulatory Compliance
The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.
The purchaser realizes that, since Sports Technology Labs and sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/'s products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to ensure that the products purchased from sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.
Research Purposes Only
The purchaser is responsible for verifying the hazards and conducting any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/. No products purchased from Sports Technology Labs or sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

YOU MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18 YEARS OF AGE. The listing of a material in this catalog does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
Hazard Acknowledgement
In purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. The customer represents and warrants to us that, from the customer’s independent review and study, they are fully aware and knowledgeable about:
- (I) The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased;
- (II) Industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards;
- (III) The need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products; and
- (IV) Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products.
We reserve the right to limit or deny sales of products to unqualified customers.
Liability & Indemnification
In no event shall Sports Technology Labs or sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products to the purchaser, for which we would not otherwise make sales, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Sports Technology Labs harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of the purchaser's handling and/or use of the purchased product.
Misuse & Refusal to Sell
All users of sportstechnologylabsinfo.com/ are required to fully understand that any communication that leads us to believe you will use these products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a "refusal to sell alert" being emailed to you. All collected information will be added to our internal "banned" database, against which every order is checked. No Usage Guidance

If you ask us for such information, we will refuse to provide guidelines via email. Please familiarize yourself with all products and their research purposes before making a purchase.
Researcher Affiliation
The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility that warrants the purchase and use of products sold by Sports Technology Labs for research purposes only. Furthermore, should anyone purchase from Sports Technology Labs that does not have said affiliations, they will be committing a fraudulent act for which they could be held liable.
Due Diligence
Sports Technology Labs reserves the right to perform due diligence screening upon the information provided to check for accuracy. Sports Technology Labs, at its sole discretion, may require further verification of affiliation before order fulfillment.
International Visitors
This site is international and has international visitors. Sports Technology Labs relies on each client to know the requirements of their region and purchase accordingly. This includes but is not limited to VAT or import taxes, import certifications, licenses, registrations, or anything else that, if not obtained, would take them out of compliance with the regulations of their own country.
